RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
We have every confidence that you will be completely satisfied with your order. In the rare instance that this is not the case, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy.
Please be aware that items purchased "on sale", as "seconds" or which have been personalized with an embroidered name/date, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom/Personalized Orders: If a spelling error was made on our part, please email us, we will gladly replace the item.
We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unused/unwashed items bought online through bluezoobabyboutique.com within 30 days of purchase. If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size or style, please contact us first to see if we have it in stock. You, the customer will have to pay for shipping.
Please contact us first before returning any item.
All items being returned must be returned in the original packaging they came in, including instructions if it pertains to the item. We do not reimburse shipping costs on returns or exchanges, nor do we pay the original shipping charge on returns. If we credit you for a return, we will credit you the amount paid for the item, less the original shipping on your order.
To return an item when using/not using original packaging:
If you want to insure that we receive the item, please purchase tracking and/or insurance when you send the package to us. We cannot be responsible for packages we never receive! Please include your order number, your name, return address and phone number along with a brief description of the problem or reason for exchange. We`ll handle it from that point and will call you if we have any questions.

Refunds are issued in your choice of crediting your payment method or for store credit. Please allow up to 10 days from return shipment date for processing.
Refused Packages
Refused packages (packages sent to the address provided by you at time of order) are subject to a 15% restock fee, plus the actual shipping charges that were originally paid by Blue Zoo Baby Boutique.

| PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be substracted off your order.
Items with perfume, pet hair, dirt, cigarette smoke, deo-disk or other odors cannot be returned. If we notice any of the following on any or all of the items, there will be no refund/exchange/credit given.
